Feeling out of whack? Then pay a visit to Mr. Clean & Lean and his army of wellbeing warriors. Located somewhere up in the clouds near Mount Olympus (otherwise known as Westbourne Grove), the club is pumped with purified oxygenated air to cleanse the mind and soul. The trainers may be genetically gifted but it maintains a really down to earth, welcoming vibe with ‘be kind to yourself’ engraved into the stone entrance.
If you don’t have a spare £22k to drop on a lifestyle membership… relax. You can get Bodyism’d for £110 per month – still a significant investment but it’s worth it for yoga classes with Melody Hekmat (and the odd sighting off David Beckham).
The classes on offer are B-Free a dynamic vinyasa, B-Calm a gentler yin inspired practice and Acroyoga open to all levels. Why not try Sunday’s 4pm B-Calm class to wind down from the weekend followed by supper at nearby eateries Farmacy, Granger & Co or catch a movie at The Electric on Portobello Road.
