Borough, Fitness, London Bridge, Southwark

The Aussie’s know a thing of two about health and fitness and this is one of their finest exports. The functional training franchise phenomenon, designed by Luke Istomin (the guy who built Wolverine), is spreading across continents like wildfire. They have three more locations set to open in London alone so you can expect more Aussie style ‘avo and egg’ joints popping nearby to fuel the workout (luckily you’ll have them all aggregated in one place thanks to us!)

There are different variations of the 45-minute HIIT workout from interval-training circuits to strength and agility drills and resistance work for a full body burn!

We’re a fan off ‘Brooklyn’ that fuses cardio, with strength, boxing and martial arts to get you in fighting shape. They also run Trailblazer + Recovery – a light jog around the block to loosen up muscles followed by stretching on foam rollers… because recovery is just as important as the training!

At 7 sessions for £7 to start you off – it’s a steal! Shower and reward efforts with eggs at Joe’s Kitchen – the breakfast omelette is egg-celent. Or why not try Where the Pancakes Are a healthier creperie that uses guilt free, gluten free alternative ingredients to cut the unnecessary sugar and stodge!
