ADIDAS CITY RUN | 18 MARCH

Starting on the iconic New Kings Road, the Fulham 10K route will take you on a journey through one of London’s most prestigious postcodes on flat, wide roads. From picturesque Parsons Green through to the bustling Fulham Road – including a loop around the world famous Stamford Bridge stadium, home to Chelsea FC – the Fulham 10K route showcases the very best of this part of the capital. Once you cross the finish line with a hard earned medal around your neck, you’ll head into the Event Village located on Eel Brook Common where you’ll be able to soak up the post run vibes and recover with some free yoga and massage!

CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL | 15 – 16 MARCH

During the Cheltenham Festival on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th March, racegoers will be encouraged to take part in ‘The Cheltenham Hill Challenge’. Inspired by the famous Cheltenham Hill, people will go head to head to see how many steps they can do for Sport Relief. If you’re at Cheltenham, make sure you head along and take part. Not only this, in partnership with Great British Racing, legendary jockeys AP McCoy and Luke Harvey have created a Jockey themed workout, to help you get your steps up in the Sport Relief app.

AT YOUR BEAT BRUNCH | 18 MARCH

Dance-fit pioneers At Your Beat are inviting you to kick-off your Sunday with an energising and endorphin-releasing class followed by a punchy bottomless brunch. (Detox or RETOX – it’s up to you!). Replenish with a healthy mix of naughty and nice, at the smoothie bar (or cheese station) while the electric sounds of their DJs set the tone. Detox with fresh fruits, healthy salads and hot brunch staples washed down with bottomless bubbles.

TOUGH MUDDER | 23 – 24 MARCH

Tough Mudder is kicking off their 2018 season with a brand-new event – a Tough Mudder 5K – at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. For the first time ever, Mudders and their mates can tackle the brand-new obstacles after hours. On Friday nights from 6-8pm friends can take on the awesome obstacles and then slip straight into the weekend with an array of street-food, craft beers and music. Tickets are available on the day to participate and spectators can venture over free of charge.

DOGAMAHNY | 25 MARCH

If you love dogs and yoga you are the paw-fect candidate to join this yoga session hosted by the UK founder of DOGA. You’ll get the chance to bond with the dogs through yoga meditation, breathing and some awesome yoga / Doga poses. Non-dog owners are very welcome too. Just come and join the session and these guys will guarantee you will get a furry companion to share your yoga mat.

ARGOS ‘HOUSE OF FITNESS’ | 23 – 24 MARCH

Argos are hosting a two day pop-up where you can experience the ultimate ‘home from home’ gym. Forget sweaty locker room smells – scents such as jasmine, cinnamon and peppermint will be diffused throughout. On the Saturday, there will be dedicated session to ‘Pets-ercising’. Brand partners FitBit, Reebok and USN will all be lending expertise, with fitness specialists such as Mr World bodybuilder Max O Connor and X-factor PT James Stirling ‘London Fitness Guy’ teaching a variety of classes.
