 Why Trust Us

Disclosure

After experimenting with every conceivable workout on offer (thanks ClassPass), you have come to the conclusion that schlepping across London for your favourite classes just isn’t sustainable. You’re far more likely to build a regular pattern at a gym near your office or on your route home. It’s not rocket science. But could your favourite studios finally be coming to a street corner near you? Most probably, at the rate the market is expanding. Whether you’re into endorphin charged rides or kickboxing, here’s everything you need to know…

FRAME – FITZROVIA & HAMMERSMITH

The multi-class studio with workouts spanning: fitness, dance, yoga, pilates and barre, as well as pre/post natal, is opening two more studios: Fitzrovia and Hammersmith – bringing it’s total to six stand-alone studios. We can’t wait to try ‘HITT n CHILL’. A new Frame offering, that combines a HIIT exercise class (done to deep electronic music which has a sound healing frequency to help align the chakras), with a blissful soundbath and meditation.

Data driven running class, with real time form and speed tracking, you will receive your performance after class. Join them for a two week pop up at Lululemon Marylebone High Street, Jan 13th – 27th 2018. Get early access to the next round of ticket sales here.

London’s original party on a bike opens a new studio in Monument in Lombard Court. Melt away your stresses with a lunchtime workout and return to your desk feeling buzzed and revitalised.
