The Royal Ballet schooled, 400-metre hurdler has trained some of the best athletes in the world from David Haye to Amir Khan. P Diddy and Mickey Rourke are also fans. He now heads up fitness and wellness exclusively at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

Dishes have been designed with complete health in mind and are packed with raw organic superfoods. Now feast your eyes on this delectable breakfast menu. Available from 7am to 12noon – part of the standard breakfast menu.
