Need to master your boxing technique? Try “Skills” – a blast of high-intensity training using a variety of drills including; jab, hook and cross and upper cut punch combinations.

Each day of the week will focus on a specific technique. Designed by fighters, for fighters, these high intensity rounds of boxing, core drills and bodyweight exercises will be paired with high-energy music.

“Strength & Conditioning” classes have been designed by Nike Master Trainer and Anthony Joshua’s strength and conditioning coach, Jamie Reynolds. These sessions focus on the main pillars of S&C: strength, mobility and endurance.

Sessions will include ‘Total Body Strength’; using dumbbells, kettlebells and suspension training. ‘Fight Conditioning’; a high intensity class using conditioning methods practiced by modern athletes. And ‘Suspension Training’; designed to provide a full body workout using your own body weight as resistance.

As for “Cardio” – prepare to do battle with the Versaclimber. A zero-impact machine that burns more calories per minute (average of 22.3 per minute) than any other piece of cardio equipment.

Classes focus on three distinct areas of cardio; conditioning, endurance and performance. Each predominantly targeting the posterior chain (shoulders, back, glutes, hamstrings and calves).
