BSY is a new multi-dimensional health and fitness experience that combines cardio, strength and yoga to condition and sculpt your body and mind. Curated and taught by Personal Trainer Alice Rickard and Yoga Instructor Kirsty Raynor, each BSY session is one hour of physical exertion that will help to increase full body strength, manage flexibility and mobility, and encourage mindfulness.
BSY incorporates the benefits of cardio, strength and yoga into one session. Classes start by raising your heart rate and endorphins for the ultimate calorie burn and feel good factor with Alice. This is followed by yoga with Kirsty to manage cortisol levels and ensure you receive the most optimal after burn.
