Or why not go on a endorphin fuelled ‘Ride n Grind’ to Hip Hop and R&B or a ‘Re Re Ride’ to a Garage MC. This studio mastered the mix with its winning formula of rock star instructors, live music from house musicians, theatre grade lighting, surround sound and immersive pyrotechnics never seen before in a fitness studio.
With some of the best changing rooms in the business, make use of the fluffy towels, beauty amenities and copper luxe GHD’s. The King of Gyms thing may have gone to their head but they sure know how to bring the party, going as far as installing a cocktail bar on site. Just remember… hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
