Join East of Eden again in beautiful Somerset next May for a 3 day luxury retreat combining nourishing and energising yoga and meditation with the powerful healing of Transformational Breathing. 42 Acres is a stunning, 10 bedroom farmhouse set in 42 acres of woodland, perfect to get away from the craziness of life in London. All meals are provided by the in house chef, Mark Mabon, who has 20 years experience of cooking world foods, baking organic breads and draws on deep practical knowledge of the cleansing properties of healing whole foods, and nourishing properties of organic recipes. Soulful Retreat with Lily Silverton and healthy Indian chef Mira Manek

Spanning four days and three nights at the luxurious 5* private venue Poundon House, set in 6 acres of beautiful countryside in Oxfordshire, this is the perfect opportunity to press reset. There will be two daily yoga practices (eight in total) lead by Lily, brunches, dinners and chai with specially curated vegetarian and plant-based menus from Mira’s best-selling book Saffron Soul. There will be opportunities for long country walks, reading by the fire, a cookery workshop with Mira and a self-care one with Lily. There will also be some chanting for rhythmic elevation as well as delicious yoga nidra to inspire much-needed soulful sleep, along with comforting turmeric and saffron milk to end every day.
