Try MumHood Post-Natal HIIT – an intense, sweaty class with a capacity of 10, allowing lots of 1-1 attention and plenty of room for your babies too. Or try some calming yoga instead to help new mums release tension in the body, and lengthen and stretch limbs through a specifically designed combination of yin and vinyasa style sequences.
PERSONAL TRAINING – BUMPS & BURPEES
London’s go-to pre/post natal PT. Charlie Launder knows childcare can be a nightmare. To save you the hassle, she welcome babies in her private sessions. And she’s more than capable of entertaining them from bottle feeding, burping and even changing them if they wake up while you are mid way through a session.
Hettie is the editor and co-founder of DOSE. A keen runner, she’s also partial to a blast of high-intensity and hot yoga. A country girl at heart, she divides her time between London and the lush rolling hills of North Devon. When she’s not jetting off on her next adventure, Hettie can be found in a candle-lit alcove with a laptop, a spaniel and a full bodied Malbec.
