BARRE – DEFINE FITZROVIA

Mini Definers are welcome at the studio every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am. You can enjoy 50 minutes of barre in studio two while kids aged 6-11 improve their coordination with yoga balls and fun cardio in studio one.

BOXING – KOBOX CHELSEA

KOBOX are holding a host of kids’ classes for the entire summer break for the following age groups:

AGES 4-6 TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS, 9.45AM IN THE RING

AGES 7-11 TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10.45AM IN THE RING

AGES 12+ TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS 3PM IN THE STUDIO

When you sign the kids into either the 9.45am (4-6 Y/O) or 10.45am (7-11 Y/O) by the ring, get 20% off the same-time class in the KOBOX studio for yourself! All you have to do is ask at reception when you sign the little ones in, they’ll sign YOU in, and you’ll get the discount for your own class, so you can train at the same time! Note: this only applies to the 9.45am and 10.45am classes.

DANCE – THE CORNER HOUSE BROOK GREEN

Think they’ve got the moves? Enrol them to Diddi Dance school – an energetic, interactive dance classes for boys and girls aged between 18 months and 4 years. Exploring over 16 different styles of dance and using various exciting and engaging props to exercise gross and fine motor skills. This one is great for building confidence and social skills all whilst having fun. Meanwhile, you can enjoy your Eggs Royale upstairs in peace.

HIIT & YOGA – FRAME (MULTI LOCATIONS)

Try MumHood Post-Natal HIIT – an intense, sweaty class with a capacity of 10, allowing lots of 1-1 attention and plenty of room for your babies too. Or try some calming yoga instead to help new mums release tension in the body, and lengthen and stretch limbs through a specifically designed combination of yin and vinyasa style sequences.

PERSONAL TRAINING – BUMPS & BURPEES 

London’s go-to pre/post natal PT. Charlie Launder knows childcare can be a nightmare. To save you the hassle, she welcome babies in her private sessions. And she’s more than capable of entertaining them from bottle feeding, burping and even changing them if they wake up while you are mid way through a session.
