5 Instagram accounts you need to follow
At DOSE, we believe in doing things that make us feel good. That includes eliminating what brings us down, like certain Instagram accounts spreading unrealistic ideals. Especially when it comes to health and fitness.
Our phones (depressingly) are one of the first things we look at in the morning, and one of the last things we see at night. We are in control of what we let into our lives. It pays to follow accounts that make us laugh, boost our mood and leave us feeling a little more inspired. Here’s a round up of our top 5…
The Majorettes – @themajorettes
What’s not to love about this troupe of fun smiling, energetic girls living life to the max – hooping and skating around London.
Deliciously Stella – @deliciouslystella
She says what we’re all secretly thinking… Her wicked sense of humour makes us ‘lol’ with every post. By poking a little fun at the industry (counting fruit pastels as one of her five a day), Bella (not Stella) has created a full business from this account and now sells her book on Amazon.
Olly Truelove @olly_truelove
A name that’s too good to be true. We love this Barry’s Bootcamp Master Trainer ‘s honest, humble fun-loving attitude to life. Olly says “If you can eat it, run it or lift it – he’s in!” So are we.
Three Fit Blondes – @threefitblondes
They run, they squat and they spin all around town and are not afraid of a real, sweaty selfie. Everything about this account is real and makes you want to join the trio wherever they go. Warning: a bright lycra addiction can be found here.
Karis Scarlette – @karisscarlette
Former dancer turned ballet teacher. Karis’s technique and posture is mesmerising to watch. There’s no denying this girl has talent. She’ll have you whipping off your trainers, buying some ballet shoes (not pumps) and heading to your nearest dance school in no time. She’s not a bad photographer either!
