While we wait for the launch of Barry’s West and Psycle East with bated breath, here’s a round up of 5 new classes to have on your radar for the month of May.

From a fusion of TRX and pilates, a class dedicated to rowing, to yoga that’ll have you blasting through asanas to a background playlist of Iron Maiden…

THE METHOD | THIRD SPACE
A 45 minute, full body conditioning workout created by top female trainers at Third Space. Sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core with resistance bands at three different tempos that builds towards a mega lactic burn. Finish with a blast of abdominal work and a deep relaxing stretch. HEAVY METAL YOGA | GYMBOX

TRX PILATES | HEARTCORE

Starting with core strengthening and mobilising moves on the CoreFormerTM, be rocked through a high energy, sweaty circuit of strength building exercises on the TRX, with a long spine series at the end.
