INGREDIENTS

200 g Almonds
200 g Walnuts
250 g Apricots
200 g Pitted Dates
150 g Cranberries
4 tbsp Shredded Coconut (+ appx 50 g to roll the bites in)
1-2 tbsp Almond Milk or Cold Coffee

FOR FLAVOUR

1 tbsp of Cacao Powder
or 1 tsp Vanilla Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Chop the nuts & fruits roughly. Add to a food processor (or mixer) together with coconut flakes and process for a while.

2. Add the flavour ingredients (cacao powder and/or vanilla powder) and continue processing. If the mixture is too dry, add the almond milk or coffee.

3. Roll the mixture into balls (desired serving size). Roll in coconut flakes.
