DOSE & Ministry of Sound Fitness presents RIDING HIGH in association with Murad. A week-long party on a bike at London’s most iconic nightclub. Get high with us on cannabis infused facials, non-alcoholic beer and one major endorphin rush. This is hedonism for modern times.
Taking place on Monday 17th – Friday 21st Sept 2018 at Ministry of Sound Club, world renowned coaches will be joined by live MC’s and performers from hula-hoopers to break-dancers, for 14 unforgettable, immersive performances designed to leave you in a state of endorphin-induced euphoria.
Monday kicks off with a nostalgic 90’s throwback ride with live backing dancers. Tuesday, twisted fire-starters can join Rebekah Abdeen, The Prodigy and Chase & Status for a Drum & Bass ride with beatboxers on the mic. Wednesday, Divas can bring the sass and booty shake in the saddle with Beyonce and a team of hula-hoopers. Thursday is a Hip Hop performance ride with legendary trainer Melissa Weldon where guests can bust some moves with Missy Elliott, Drake, Beyonce and Jay-Z. Friday takes it back to the Old Skool with a rhythm ride filled with raw UKG tunes from Craig David to So Solid and DJ Luck & MC Neat, followed by the ultimate garage after-party.
Morning ravers can sip on Pukka turmeric gold and majestic matcha lattes, while evening guests can enjoy Heineken® 0.0 after their class. Murad will be offering all attendees post-workout stress-busting facials using their new Revitalixir Recovery Serum infused with Cannabis extract that instantly revives for a quick pick-me-up.
45-minute classes will take place at 6.30am, 7.45am, 6.15pm and 7.15pm daily.
