It is hard to imagine but these women have to walk 5Â miles each day to access clean, safe water for drinking, sanitation and washing.
In order to raise awareness, Aveda is fundraising for WaterAid with the Aveda 5 mile challenge.
Anyone can show their support by taking part. Whether you run, walk, cycle or swim the distance.
