Fancy treating yourself to a little R&R this week? Instead of hurling yourself into a fast paced workout (when you’re frankly not feeling up to it) or numbing yourself with a glass of wine, crawl under the blankets at Four Seasons Hotel London, Park Lane instead.

The hotel is hosting a week long pop up “The Omorovicza Midnight Suite featuring La Perla” from September 7th – 14th. Treatments don’t technically start at midnight but appointments are available between 4pm – 9pm so you can treat yourself after a long day at the office with a little shopping therapy on route. (Zara Oxford Street closes at 9pm weekdays – FYI).

The pop up is located at the hotel’s tenth floor Spa, a roof-top sanctuary boasting 360-degree views of the magnificent London skyline.

On arrival you’ll be handed a deliciously silky dressing gown and asked to choose from one of five facials; The Detoxifier, a deep cleansing facial; The Brightener, a facial to boost the most lacklustre of complexions; The Restorer, a strengthening treatment for ageing skin; The Revitaliser, an overnight workout for the face; or The Hydrator, which restores moisture levels to help hydrate the skin overnight.

We opted for “The Brightener” – a facial designed to pack a luminous punch for even the most lacklustre complexions, comprised of a gentle lactic acid copper peel and a fast whipping facial massage technique.

The treatment starts with a firm (or relaxing – depending on your preference) back massage followed by a 30-minute facial. You then have the choice of two 10-minute enhancers; Eye Cooler, Face Soother, Scalp Retreat, Neck Lift and Feet Relaxer.

We opted for an Eye Cooler – a quick fix to tackle tired, ageing eyes. Arnica and Vitamin K take centre stage to reduce puffiness and dark circles whilst cooling “derma globes” (that feel like jade rollers) soothe and relax the eye contour. Next a “Face Soother” where rose quartz wands are glided over the skin to aid lymphatic drainage before bedtime.

Did we mention the “Midnight Tea”? It’s a magic bright blue potion comprised of 17 different types of ingredients from; rose buds, petals, chamomile, lavender, hops and heather. Possibly one of the most palette pleasing herbal concoctions we have ever tasted that helped to induce a deep sleep.

Each treatment is completed with the application of the Midnight Radiance Mask which is left on the skin overnight to wipe away dark circles and pigmentation in a flash. Prepare to wake up to seriously refreshed, party ready skin.

If you fancy treating yourself to some negligee while you’re at it, browse La Perla’s nightwear collection, which is available to purchase in the Spa boutique. If only we could check in for an overnight stay!

Each 60 minute treatment is priced at £150, available at The Omorovicza Midnight Suite at Four Seasons and from September 15, 2017 in the Spa treatment rooms. To book, call the Spa Team on 0207 319 5480 or visit the website.
