The Slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit
An art installation in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park that doubles as the world’s longest tunnel slide. At 178m long, pass through light and dark sections with London’s dramatic skyscape whizzing by! In the 40-second trip, you will circle around the ArcelorMittal Orbit 12 times as you weave your way through loops, curves and a tight corkscrew section names the ‘bettfeder’ – after the German word for ‘bedspring’. The ride ends with a 50m straight run back down to earth.
