The Marshmallowist have created a gourmet marshmallow crafted from organic cannabidiol (CBD) – the non psychoactive extract of Cannabis. Carefully selecting -1000mg of the highest strength of CBD available to create a marshmallow with a buzz. This high strength hemp has been whipped up with fresh grapefruit and pink peppercorns to give it a citrus lift with a touch of spice – complementing the botanical notes of the cannabis. CBD cocktails are a current trend in LA but have yet to hit the UK – The Marshmallowist are known for combining cocktail infusions through confectionery – these mallows now combine creative CBD mixology with a classic treat.

Create your own Bloody Mary Kitchen lands in London
Ketel One Vodka and World of Zing have teamed up to offer Londoners the chance to create their ultimate Bloody Mary. The series of pop-ups, that will run throughout July, August and September at Canopy Market King‘s Cross, will aim to elevate the classic Bloody Mary from the Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and standard tomato juice concoction to create something with a bit more Zing. Visitors to the stand will be able to choose from a selection of hot sauces such as Pineapple & Habanero and Chipotle & Pasilla flavoured salts including Sriracha Chill and Smoked Chilli as well as tomato, beetroot, carrot juices to be paired with their Ketel One Vodka. Following which, the experts on hand will create your delicious, bespoke Bloody Mary.
The Ketel One Vodka and World of Zing pop-ups will be happening on the following dates at Canopy Market King‘s Cross: August 10th, 11th, 12th and 24th, 25th, 26th. September 7th, 8th, 9th.

Set sail from Paddington Basin in your very own self-drive boat. Take the journey from Regent’s Canal to Little Venice, past London Zoo and on to Camden Lock, while enjoying a Scandi picnic on route.
Fish: smoked mackerel, smoked salmon and lemon garnish with roast beetroot on a bed of rocket.
Meat: chorizo roll, meatballs and rabbit garnish with smoked onions, red peppers, mustard mayo and pea shoots on a bed of rocket.
Ham and cheese: Vasterbotten cheese, smoked ham, pickled vegetables, garnished with pea shoots on a bed of rocket.
Salad: potato salad on one side, tomato salad on the other. Sliced red onion on top and mixed through on a bed of baby gem lettuce.
Bread: sliced toasted bread served with butter.
Cutlery and napkins are included.
