Go toxi free for your next gel mani and pedi at STILL London. This holistic nail studio, based in Dalston, is non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan and environmentally-friendly. It uses Kure Bazaar 10-Free and Orly 12-Free gel polish, as well as natural wellness products from Iceland.

Centrally located, Le Fix is another beauty bar championing the non-toxic nail movement. It offers other services too including make-up, brow, lash and hair styling.

Cloud Twelve

At Cloud Twelve you can have a massage whilst lying on a bed of crystals and get your hair fluffed and nails buffed with the trendiest vegan brands. Alongside a healthy, organic, plant-based menu there’s plenty of organic wine and champagne.

The Rabbit Hole, Hammersmith

Back in 2010 The Rabbit Hole became London’s first vegan hair salon – and it is still going strong today. It uses only vegan and organic hair colours and clients are treated to complimentary hot beverages with mylk and vegan biscuits.

WhiP, Hackney

WhiP hair salon fulfils just about every East London cliche but there isn’t anything wrong with that. Is it vegan-friendly? Yes. Can you get your hipster beard trimmed there? Yes. What’s the decor like? Retro cool. Any other highlights? A mini record shop.
