Cococello cocktail anyone?

Perfect for ultimate hydration day or night, coconut water is a health-conscious mixer for any summer cocktail. Here are some recipes from Jax Coco to keep your health and social life in balance…

Cococello

Vodka – 50ml
Limoncello – 25ml
Jax Coco Coconut Water – 25ml
Cucumber – 3 slices
Fee Brother’s Lemon Bitters – 2 dashes

Muddle cucumber and limoncello in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, bitters and shake. Strain onto fresh ice. Top up with Jax Coco.
Garnish: Lemon Slices

Pink Peach

Chambord Vodka – 35ml
Jax Coco Coconut Water – 35ml
Cranberry Juice – 25ml
Peach Puree – 10ml
Fees Brother’s Peach Bitters – 2 dashes

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Hard shake. Fine-strain into a chilled glass. Garnish: Lemon Peel

Coconut Cooler

Premium Vodka – 35ml
Cranberry Juice – 35ml
Jax Coco Coconut Water – 35ml

Build over ice and stir. Garnish: Lime Wedge

Velvet Mango

Premium Vodka – 35ml
Mango Puree – 35ml
Lemon Juice – 15ml
Triple Sec – 15ml
Jax Coco Coconut Water – 20ml

Combine all ingredients in shaker and hard shake. Strain into a glass over fresh crushed ice. Garnish: Mango Fan

One Night of Passion

Chilli-inflused Tequila* – 50ml
Jax Coco Coconut Water – 15ml
Lime Juice – 15ml
Agave Syrup – 12.5ml
Egg White – 1
Habanero Bitters – 3 dashes

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and hard shake. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish: Bird’s Eye Chilli
