Nestled behind buzzing Oxford Circus lies Coppa Club. A trendy little spot seemingly created for escaping the London madness. The design-led restaurant has a relaxed feel with an open-plan kitchen, bar and dining space.
The wide-ranging menu is European inspired so great for a group who can’t decide. The brunch is the perfect post-class fuel with grains, eggs and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables making the list.
For us, weekend brunch calls for two courses. We loved the watermelon with coconut yoghurt, followed by the slow-cooked kale toast served with smashed avocado, two plancha eggs and a healthy kick of Sriracha.
For the virtuous you will find beautiful fresh juices and smoothies (Matcha green tea, avocado and pineapple, yes please!) Or for a perfect summery morning try the mandarin mimosa.
