On Tuesday 19th September you are invited to an evening of feel-good fitness inspired by the infectious, energising, sweat dripping fun of playing the drums!
Unleash your inner rockstar with DOSE and Fabletics – the activewear brand co-founded by Kate Hudson. Together we have created a fitness experience to leave you feeling more connected, positive and energised!
Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, you will experience POUND® – a drumming style class from LA that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements!
Designed for all fitness levels, this workout provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energised, toning up and drumming out negativity!
The 45-minute classes held at 6.30pm and 8.00pm at The Oval Space in East London, will be led by POUND® Master instructor Jess Mckee, whilst drumming artist Holly Madge (who has performed with top artists including Cee Lo Green) performs a live set.
Before and after the workout you will be treated to cocktails by Skinny Brands, hair braiding by Treatwell, a makeover by SportFX and body art by GoGetGlitter. You’ll also get a goody bag worth over £50 with treats from; Liz Earle, Fabletics, The Happiness Planner, Skinade, Smart Water, Cliff Bars, The Food Doctor & Savse! Plus a sneak preview of Fabletics’ Autumn range.
