LONDON JUNGLE RUNNERS

Location: Highgate

Playful workouts to Jungle/ Drum and Bass in ancient woodland. Using the latest silent disco fitness kit, and your own headphones. Routines are woven between short, achievable runs. Take the class at your own pace, or have challenging extension built in in a friendly, fun, encouraging and non-competitive, environment. All classes are at Highgate Woods with own (non-bluetooth) headphones. Try a class on Saturday at 10am.

BRITISH MILITARY FITNESS

If you’re picturing a red-faced, mouth-frothing drill sergeant screaming “drop down and give me 20” at a line of petrified new army recruits – think again! While a military style of training is at the heart of this concept, they have taken away the intimidation factor and the scary, shouty bits that make you want to cry and ramped up the motivation, camaraderie and fun factors.

Rabble has transformed HIIT workouts into immersive, adrenaline-fuelled games. They play everything from British Bulldogs to Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and many more. Making fitness so much fun, you don’t even realise you’re working out. Expect a super social crowd, playing hard on and off the field.

BOXIT BOOTCAMP

Location: Clapham Common

These sessions are based around boxing combinations and technique work, mixed together with body weight, cardio and abs exercises, press ups, squats, lunges, sit ups, sprints. With solo and partner based exercises the aim to always keep you guessing and testing yourself in every way to get you out of your comfort zone and test your limits while having fun.

The brainchild of husband and wife Personal Training team, Sam and Jenny, Swift Fitness offers everything from Boxing Bootcamps to running clubs, silent disco bootcamps and HIIT sessions. Fit, Silent Disco Boot camp, and HIIT sessions. They also run group social events such a rock climbing, brunch clubs and retreats in France. Members often enter into obstacle races and 10K events as a group and train together.
