There are different variations of the 45-minute HIIT workout from interval-training circuits to strength and agility drills and resistance work for a full body burn!
We’re a fan off ‘Brooklyn’ that fuses cardio, with strength, boxing and martial arts to get you in fighting shape. They also run Trailblazer + Recovery – a light jog around the block to loosen up muscles followed by stretching on foam rollers… because recovery is just as important as the training!
