Experiment with a range of apparatus from hoops to straps, guided by an aerial extraordinaire throughout. They make it look super easy – it’s not. We recommend going with a group of friends and who knows, maybe one of you will turn out to be a budding acrobat? Be prepared to bring a sense of humour and come away with a few aches and pains – you’ll discover muscles you never knew you had!
