Frame Yoga

Once home to some of London’s less desirables… now a stomping ground for healthy hedonists who brunch and blow-dry post-pilates. King’s Cross is also home to this one-stop-shop for all things health and fitness with everything from strength training and pilates (with ten thigh-sculpting reformer machines) to a dedicated studio for yoga.

Located a one minute stroll from the main facility, the yoga studio offers a range of classes from restorative Meditation and Yin to more dynamic Vinyasa and Rocket. They also run specialised sessions for beginners, mums and sports people plus a diverse range of workshops covering everything from inversions and backbends to chakras and acro yoga…

If you’re tired of ‘mixing it up’ between classes like a typical Framer, try the dedicated yoga membership that allows access to all yoga and meditation classes across all locations for £89 per month (no joining fee but a 3 month minimum contract – workshops and events are not included).

The yoga studio has three changing areas but if you fancy a shower, head to the main building with power showers and all the necessary bits and bobs (hair dryers, straighteners, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). There’s also a shop covering all your wellness needs from activewear and natural skincare to essentials like… spiralizers. Forgot your kit? They’ve got you covered literally, hire for just £5!

You can hang out at their very own Fuel at Frame Cafe serving things like protein-packed pancakes and nutrient-dense protein bowls, super-shakes and Caravan coffee. You can also order your fresh juices and shakes before class and find them waiting for you when you’re finished – service!

If you want a change of scene, head to Granger & Co for a post-workout brunch. Or if you fancy something a little more thrilling board the Disco Volante from Granary Square the world’s first floating distillery & cocktail bar – yes… really.
