Drop in to improve your mood and gut flora at the same time. Komsecco anyone? A blend of Lyme Bay brut reserve with Jarr Kombucha in case you were wondering.
Swap a Kir royal for ‘Kir over here’ with kultured pomegranate, cranberry and pepper shrub. Or go alcohol-free with a ‘Retox Tonic’; ginger kombucha with milk thistle and manuka honey syrup.
Or how about some gut-friendly gin? They are brewed on site by a master fermenter. If you like it sour, mix yours with coconut sugar kefir and Kombucha vinegar. Dry? Juniper and bay, or if you like it spicy, go for ginger and turmeric.
Mindful drinking doesn’t get much better than this.
Drinks are served alongside highly kultured pre and probiotic foods like platters of cured meats and Happy tummy bread. Sourdough toasties with kultured butter, jalepeno kraut and marinated halloumi, and padron peppers with kimchese. All served between 12pm to 10pm.
Set over three floors, the sprawling townhouse has already played host to many a trendy supper club like the Epic January Feast with The Happy Tummy Company. Look out for the upcoming Spirit & Salt pop up that promises an evening of feasting and revelry.
