Are you in a constant state of confusion when it comes to your health and wellbeing? Do those expensive anti-ageing creams really work? Is a glass of red wine a day really OK? Should we all be on the gluten free wagon, swapping dairy for plant mylks, prioritising sugar over fat and ditching steak for plant-based?
Do you wish someone would just give it to you straight? Then join Olympic boxer Nicola Adams OBE on Monday 18 September for a panel that discusses the pressures and challenges faced by women today…
According to a study by E45, 63% of women confess they are at their wits’ end when it comes to their health, wellbeing and body, with 88% saying they wish someone would just give it to them straight.
As part of their ‘Straight Up Skincare’ campaign, E45 are inviting you to an intimate event on Monday 18th September from 7pm-8.30pm.
Join Olympic boxer Nicola Adams OBE, chef and writer Gizzi Erskine and vlogger and influencer Em Ford for a panel that discusses the pressures and challenges faced by women today.
The panellists will also discuss the often confusing and conflicting advice offered to women every day, as well as sharing their no nonsense, straightforward approach to life.
Located at The Strand’s Nine Adam St, the panel will debate everything from career challenges, health and wellbeing conundrums and unhelpful advice overload.
Guests can enjoy a glass of wine, refreshing juice or help themselves to a tasty selection of street food favourites. Tickets cost just £5, with profits going directly to mental health charity Mind.
