Karen O’Donoghue is the founder of Happy Tummy Company – a Micro Bakery and Bakery School based in Laughton, East Sussex that teaches people how to make fermented breads and bakes for better gut health.

In this episode we discuss her journey to creating the signature Happy Tummy bread that would eventually rid her and many others of debilitating IBS symptoms and how her experience of burn out prompted a move to the countryside to reconnect with her horticultural roots.
