Good Vibes Studio

Fitzrovia has been the media playground for many a marketer since the beginning of the Mad Men advertising era. From publishing to PR and now a digital empire. You cannot move a few feet without landing on a restaurant, coffee shop, traditional public house or new-fangled cocktail bar…

However, hidden on Tottenham Street is a fun, friendly stretching sanctuary to take you away from this frenetic lifestyle called Good Vibes studio.

Walking through the doors you are instantly hit with a swirling rainbow of colour to lift your mood. The classes on offer include Cycle, Power Plates, PT sessions, Glow Pilates and Yoga.

Keen to work out my tummy (that has been rapidly expanding due to festive indulgence), I tale part in Glow Pilates with Jazzi Cradock on Thursday at 7.30am.

The studio is warm, light and all levels are welcomed. Armed with an elasticated band for assistance, Jazzi takes us through multiple variations of stretches, hip flexes, 100’s, crunches, rolls, pelvic curls, leg circles and even mermaids… don’t ask!

An hour of tranquillity passes quickly. I am left energised, strong and ready to tackle the day ahead.

If you need a little break from the crazy pace of Fitzrovia, I definitely recommend this place to get your feet firmly back on the ground and ready for action!
