Strawberry Lilkshake

Ingredients:

150g Strawberries, Fresh (hulled) or Frozen
250ml Common Blend Lilk
1/2 Banana
Vanilla Essence (if you’re feeling decadent)
Ice, (small handful)

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and thick.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a strawberry (if you’re feeling retro, throw in a cocktail cherry too!)
Enjoy!

Pina Co’Lilk’a

Ingredients:

60ml White Rum
80ml Pineapple Juice (or roughly chopped Fresh Pineapple chunks)
250ml Lush Blend Lilk
1/2 Lime Juice
Ice, (small handful)

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry
Enjoy!

Lilk Whiskey Punch

Ingredients:

60ml Bourbon
220ml Common Blend Lilk
Pinch of ground Cinnamon
Ice (small handful)

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard until very cold.
Pour through a sieve into a small rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg over the top.
Enjoy!

Lilk Overnight Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

120g Breakfast Oats
120g Lilk (any blend)
Pinch of Sea Salt
50g Crunchy Granola
Handful of any seasonal fruit (we’ve used strawberries and blackberries)
Teaspoon of toasted Coconut Flakes
Maple syrup (as an extra)

Method:

Get a clean jar or small bowl and combine the Oats, Lilk and Salt, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day divide into x2 bowls, sprinkle over some Crunchy Granola, sliced seasonal fruit, Toasted Coconut Flakes (or Seeds/Nuts, anything similar you prefer), and finish with a drizzle of Maple Syrup for a bit of sweetness.
Enjoy!
