HoopTone

Hula hooping is just for the playground right? Hardly a suitable activity for the serious professionals of Canary Wharf…

Hoop Tone – the brainchild of world-record holding, hula hoop master Marawa the Amazing, has landed in London’s financial district. And it’s proving just the formula to get city types moving, laughing, and smiling after a hard day’s graft.

HoopTone joins the new wave of fitness classes coming to Canary Wharf. Other studios in the area include Psycle, Third Space and GrooveCycle. There’s also two Sweaty Betty boutiques offering a range of free in-store classes. From boxing, HIIT and pilates to yoga, dance and circuits.

Located at Deli studios, a ten minute walk from the station, this 60 minute HoopTone class will spin you into shape and leave your abs as hard as diamonds.

Tone and condition core muscles whilst listening to carnival tunes and have a laugh in the process.

This is a workout so be prepared to sweat and wear workout clothes that allow you to spin, shake and twist. Forget sit ups, this is the best way to work your mid-section.

Reward efforts with a slap up meal at Roka or One Canada Square.

Tip: Classes are currently held every Thursday at 19:00. Discover more HoopTone classes in Shoreditch and Dalston.
