Mindful Hot Chocolate Meditation Workshop

Take some time out to breathe, taste and get body connected during this belly calming session of meditation – and hot chocolate. Slowly sip and savour some delicious dairy free hot chocolate. You’ll be guided through a short closing meditation to help you leave the workshop feeling calm and soothed. You’ll also receive a special taster chocolate bar to take away and taste (mindfully!) using some of the techniques explored in the workshop.
Yoga Under the Sea

Get up close and personal with your favourite exotic sea species at London’s Aquarium while practising a flowing Yoga sequence based on the Water Element. Expect to plunge, flow and glide into postures alongside marine creatures going about their daily lives. Leave the stresses of the city behind and meander your way into this oasis of calm of relaxation. It’s not every day you get to stretch surrounded by seahorses and stingrays! In the practice of compassion, 50% of each ticket sold will be donated to the SEA LIFE Trust.
Forest Bathing ~ Nature Connection Meditation
