9th June (see more dates)
Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a wellness practice that combines mindfulness with the power of the Orgasm. OM aims to put you in touch with your body and your sexuality. Practice OM with another person for 15 minutes with no goal other than to feel the sensation. Science is showing that people who practice OM are happier, healthier and can focus more easily. Sign up to an OM class for an introduction to the philosophy of OM and a live demonstration by experts to equip you with all the tools you need to OM at home.
