Outdoor cinema at Alexandra Palace, London
Alexandra Palace have reimagined their approach to ensure guests have a safe “away from home” experience, from the security of their own cars. In the age of social distancing, they ask that you remain in your vehicle for the duration of the film, aside from using the loos. The movie will be projected onto a 40-foot screen. Movie audio will be broadcast through the FM transmitter radio in your vehicle. You are welcome to bring your own food, but they will be offering food and beverages through a completely contactless system which will be delivered to your car door. The Free Range Film Club
Outdoor cinema at The Three Mills Island, Blackheath Common & Brockwell Park
Socially spacious open-air cinema in London’s great outdoors. The Free Range Film Club will screen movies throughout July and August. Film titles will include Groundhog Day, 10 Things I Hate About You, Romeo + Juliet, Get Out, Thelma & Louise and more. More venues will be added soon.

How to go to the cinema whilst adhering to social distancing measures? A drive-in movie experience of course! Luna Cinema are hosting drive-in movie nights in multiple venues including North London Allianz Park and South London Printworks, as well as other locations across the UK. Movie listings include everything from Rocketman to Dirty Dancing and there’s even a Grease singalong!
Sunset Cinema
Outdoor cinema at Twyford Avenue Sports Ground, London
Sunset Cinema is an all American inspired vintage Drive-In movie experience. They will be screening some of the best feel good flicks, classics and cult films, accompanied by incredible food, cocktails and more. Screenings will include Pulp Fiction, Bohemian Rhapsody, La La Land, Joker and The Lion King. All the cars will be spaced two metres apart so everyone’s socially distanced. All food will be pre-ordered to minimise contact.
The Drive In
