Ditch the high street coffee chain for this hipster hangout with a sumptuously pink Wes Anderson-style décor. Pink pastel tiles, velvet booths and lush flowing greenery aside, Palm Vaults also do a great post-workout breakfast. Try a morning blitz at BLOK (a 15 min walk or short bus ride away) and reward with an Acai bowl, Avo on toast (with chilli and vegan parmesan), chia pudding or coconut yoghurt – washed down with an Avocado frappe!

The Insta worthy café is perfect for veggies and vegans with dairy free alternatives like soy, almond, oat, hemp and coconut… but the piece de résistance has to be those rainbow coloured matcha green and red velvet lattes that are almost too pretty to drink. There’s also plenty of cake of the matcha and courgette variety…
