DOSE in partnership with Apt-Living, the new apartment concept with locations in Kew Bridge and Brentwood, are hosting an exclusive ‘Run to brunch’ event on Saturday 16th March 2019 for DOSE readers.
The run will be led by one of London’s most sought after trainers – Esmeé Gummer. Guests will be greeted at Kew Bridge station with B-Fresh smoothies and taken to the Apt-Living Marketing suite to prep for the run and place coffee orders (very important!). Esmeé will lead the group on a 5k run around Gunnersbury Park before returning the group to the suite for a three-course brunch courtesy of Maple & Co, washed down with lashings of canO water and a delicious B-Fresh smoothie.
In true DOSE style, all guests will depart with an awesome goody bag worth over £30, packed with goodies from Murad, Living Proof, Balance Me, Beauty Kitchen, Benefit Cosmetics and KIND.
The aim of the event is to showcase Apt-Living’s multipurpose smart spaces, with floor to ceiling views onto 180 acres of Gunnersbury Park. All brought to life through refined, intelligent design. The apartments even come with their own gym, cinema, roof terrace, bike storage and parking!
