Aluna Coconut

If you’re partial to a spot of rum, swap your ‘Malibu & Coke’ for an ‘Aluna Cola’ this summer. This coconut-flavoured rum, made with virgin sugar cane honey (miel de caña) makes for a lighter, smoother tipple with a natural, subtle sweetness. Why not buy a bottle and make some tasty cocktails at home…

Aluna Colada

1 part Aluna Coconut

3 parts pineapple juice

Freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake with cubed ice and strain into glass

Notes: Can be sweetened to taste with simple syrup, agave or a pineapple gomme. Aluna Coconut is made with a fraction of the sugar in competitor brands, putting you back in control of what extra sweetness goes into your cocktails.
