Promising a workout “from a dancer’s perspective”, POPfit – close to London Fields station creates equipment free music-led workouts. Founded by former Royal Ballet School student Stephanie Burrows alongside actress Kate Hudson, the studio offers three types of classes: Signature – a full body conditioning class borrowing techniques from pilates, yoga, plyometrics and dance, PlyoJam – using principles of plyometrics and blending dance moves with HIIT exercises, and Core – a low-impact workout choreographed to music and designed to work your core muscles.
