POPfit

Promising a workout “from a dancer’s perspective”, POPfit – close to London Fields station creates equipment free music-led workouts. Founded by former Royal Ballet School student Stephanie Burrows alongside actress Kate Hudson, the studio offers three types of classes: Signature – a full body conditioning class borrowing techniques from pilates, yoga, plyometrics and dance, PlyoJam – using principles of plyometrics and blending dance moves with HIIT exercises, and Core – a low-impact workout choreographed to music and designed to work your core muscles.

London favourite Frame now boasts studios in Shoreditch, Kings Cross, Victoria and Queens Park with new locations in Hammersmith and Fitzrovia opening soon. Alongside its other classes, Frame offers four types of dance classes. From traditional ballet to dance cardio, raves and their legendary music video classes. Who doesn’t want to spend an afternoon channeling their inner Sasha Fierce?

The studio claims to be “the UK’s sassiest exercise option” and they’re not wrong, with classes such as Diva and Hip-Pop on the menu. However Seen on Screen really comes into its own with its pop video-themed classes – from Christina Aguilera to P!nk and everything in between. With locations across London, it also offers exclusive sessions for Hen parties as well as online classes you can try in the comfort of your own living room.
