 Why Trust Us

Disclosure

A bright, airy minimalist studio flooded with so much sunlight, it’s hard to believe it was once a dark and dingy karaoke bar. Located on Caledonian Road, a short walk from King’s Cross and Highbury & Islington, the space was created by two sisters who turned their negative patterns around to create a sanctuary of wellness – one a former city worker turned mum and personal trainer, the other a party girl with a bad diet who overnight decided to take control of her life.

Having both lived in Islington, they wanted to open a studio that tapped into the community vibe. The result is an intimate training space with quality classes like ‘Lazy Sunday Detox Flow’, ‘Kick the Sunday Blues Yoga’ and ‘High Energy Vinyasa Flow’.

If you’ve had a tough week and need to calm a busy mind, be guided into a state of deep peace and relaxation by Caroline Druitt every Sunday at 4pm – a great way to wind down from the weekend.

We recommend a visit to Zia Lucia near Highbury & Islington for some guilt-free pizza with vegetable charcoal & gluten free bases or head to Granger & Co in King’s Cross for an Aussie style breakfast!
