Starting this weekend, every Sunday from 2nd – 23rd July, Regent Street will be transformed into a pedestrianised zone. To celebrate its first summer as a European flagship, lululemon is hosting a series of complimentary sweat sessions in the street.

Choose from Psycle’s HIIT workout, body conditioning by Third Space or F45’s VARSITY. The team from the in-store Neat Nutrition cafe on Regent St will also be providing protein shakes for anyone working out with lululemon on those days.

For those that want to ditch the chaos and find their breath, lululemon is bringing back its popular ‘Om The Move’ mobile meditation bus.

The interior of the double-decker London bus is an oasis of calm, with every detail designed with wellbeing in mind. Click here to book your space.

Sunday 2nd July: Psycle HIIT

Psycle London’s new HIIT classes have been designed to deliver a powerful, high intensity interval workout that will leave every part of the body worked.

Using a mixture of TRX, kettle-bells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, the classes are challenging, highly effective and push your limits.

This class, led by Kevin McGuire, a top Psycle instructor and lululemon ambassador, is designed to give amazing metabolic benefits. Be prepared to sweat!

Sunday 9th and 16th July: Third Space: The Method

The Method is a 45-minute full body conditioning workout designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core through the use of resistance loop bands.

Each exercise is performed at three different tempo variations; which will enable full muscle fibre recruitment to help strengthen the muscle and improve range of movement.

The workout ends with an abdominal blast finisher followed by a deep relaxing stretch.

Sunday 23rd July: F45: VARSITY

VARSITY is a functional high intensity cardio circuit that incorporates plyometrics and bodyweight exercises to smash an incredible 800 calories in a 45-minute session. The switch in interval timings will keep you on your toes and hit all of your body’s energy systems.
