The Mindfulness Retreat at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is a three-day program designed to help guests tune into the body and tune out the mind. Day 1 focuses on creativity, Day 2 on non-judgement and Day 3 stability. It’s bright and early: the program will start at 6.30am each day and will include a Sitting, Walking and Eating Meditation session; Dharma Talk and Sharing with metal singing bowls; plus a range of mindful practices. Le Sirenuse has recently launched the ultimate week-long fitness and detox retreat, Dolce Vitality. The retreat aims to transform body and mind.
