Adam Husler
One of the most in-demand yoga teachers, Adam Husler hosts several live donation-based yoga classes per week on his Instagram. His partner Holly, who is also a yoga teacher, demonstrates while he guides you through the practice and provides excellent alignment cues.
Fly LDN
Light a candle, roll out your mat and flow with your favourite teachers from London studio Fly LDN. They are free running morning, lunchtime and evening classes. Check out their Instagram for the daily programme.
Heartcore
If you’re a regular at Heartcore, you’ll no doubt be tuning in to make the most of their Livestream Studio. Alongside Pilates and barre, it’s beaming yoga classes into your living room from strong power flows to yummy yin sessions. Steffy White
Popular Instagram yogi Steffy White, who is known for her warm and inspiring teaching style, is streaming ad-hoc classes. Go to @steffywhiteyoga to find out when she’s going live.
Cat Meffan
Another yoga teacher with a big online following is Cat Meffan. She hosts free live vinyasa classes once or twice a week and you can also check out her YouTube channel which is packed with flows ranging from 15 – 45 minutes. Expect feel-good flows with lots of playful elements.
Cake and Yoga Club
For a monthly subscription of £12.99 you’ll get access to an archive of online yoga classes plus four new sessions each month, as well as a monthly TLC workshop, which sounds very welcome right about now. Check out @cakeandyogaclub.
Hotpod Yoga

Ahmed Zambarakji

Lululemon has launched an online community, Community Carries On, an online hub offering mindfulness practices for you to try at home. Choose from 20, 45, and 60-minute yoga videos designed to bring calmness, stability or energy into your body and your day, meditation and a simple breath guide from Ryan Leier to detox the body.
