There is nothing we love more in summer than a festival, especially one that has a bulging programme of wellness events, delicious food, and music to dance to until we drop.

And The Big Retreat Wales promises just that – and a whole lot more…

This is the ultimate feel-good festival with an impressive programme of more than 200 activities from fitness classes and yoga to live music and inspiring talks.

Taking place from 24th-27th May 2019 on an organic farm in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the line-up has been carefully curated to include activities that stimulate your mind, body and soul.

You have the freedom to do as much or as little as you want, but it’s a perfect opportunity to try something different and even discover a new hobby or rediscover an old one.

We’re particularly excited to see Richie Bostock aka The Breath Guy on the line-up, plus TV chef The Dirty Vegan who will be whetting appetites in the cookery tent.

We also love the sound of the gin and rum workshops – and you can even have a dip in a hot tub followed by a restorative massage.

Others joining the The Big Retreat for 2019 include Mind Body Ninja Kim Ingleby, The Naked Professors, Shahroo Izadi author of The Kindness Method, Shiona Redmond – from Grace’s London, Toni Jones of Shelf Help Club and The Nordic Sisters.

As for the food offering, there are many delights in store from raw and vegan treats, salads and juices, burgers, wood fired pizzas and griddled cheese on sourdough toasties.

Day tickets cost from £15, with weekend adult passes starting from £159 and under-5s can go for free.

Admission includes access to all on-site fitness and wellbeing sessions, workshops, talks and live performances.

The Family Half Term Package costs £499 and includes a weekend festival tickets for 2 adults, 3 kids, camping, car parking and camping extension – a saving of over £70 per family. Other packages are available.
