Located in the middle of the beautiful St John’s Square… pop into The Modern Pantry for breakfast with a twist!
Eggs come fried, scrambled or poached with crispy halloumi, spinach, lemongrass and tomatoes. They also offer grilled chorizo fritters, soft boiled eggs with Vegemite soldiers and coconut waffles.
Cleanse the palette with a ‘Breakfast Bounty’ with mango, turmeric, orange and yoghurt. Or a ‘Bloody Shame’ with chipotle chilli, paprika, tomato, celery salt and lemon.
For something naughtier, peruse their menu of liquid ”Liveners’ – try the macabre sounding ‘Blood On The Leaves’ with sage, beetroot and tequila or ‘Princess & The Pea’ with sugar snap gin and lavender. But you’ll have to earn it first…
