In need of some 2017 fitness motivation? Spotify recently revealed it’s Top Workout Music Trends. No surprise that Drake, Eminem, Kanye West and Rihanna dominate our sweat regimes, while Dance Workout is the number 1 workout playlist globally, out of a total of almost 25 million fitness playlists.
Temperatures may be low in the Nordics, but heart rates certainly are not. Norway, Iceland and Sweden are the top 3 countries which listen most frequently to workout playlists. They do love a Barry’s Bootcamp, with four locations spanning Bergen, Fana, Oslo and Sandvika.
