GROOVE CYCLE
An indoor cycle session that combines fitness and dance. A full-body workout that has been specially curated to take you on a euphoric music lead journey. This class motivates and liberates whilst getting you grooving with a group to an exhilarating playlist! Available at Canary Wharf only.

SPEED FIENDS
No more pounding the treadmill for hours, get a lean and toned body fast! This class, designed in collaboration with an Olympic sprinter will improve speed and power. Sections of progressive running interspersed with Sprint intervals and inclines will torch calories working the whole body. BRING YOUR HEADPHONES.

DEFINE
A barre-based workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, and stretching to rapidly transform your body. Start seeing the results in as little as 8 sessions.

HOT VINYASA
Athletic vinyasa practice; a dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Yoga techniques are characterised by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.
