Whether you’re into Ashtanga or Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra or Kundalini, find the right practice for you at triyoga Shoreditch, which opens its doors on Monday 9th October.
Discover over 125 classes for yoga, Pilates and barre per week. For those already familiar with the schedule, new additions will include Chair Yoga and an Ashtanga Techniques Class.
The new space includes a far-infrared heat studio where the body (rather than the air) is heated by far infrared waves. Coupled with yoga it makes the body feel hot, producing a detoxifying sweat at a more tolerable intensity than other hot yoga classes, leaving you refreshed with a healthy glow. The room will be warm heated to 36 – 38C.
Amplify your fitness routine with a treatment which ranges from physio and chavutti thirumal massage to facial rejuvenation acupuncture. You can also update your workout wardrobe at the Yoga and lifestyle shop and order an organic, cold pressed juice from the vegetarian café and bar.
The centre will be located in the heart of east London, a mere three-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street Station. The perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and escape the bustle of urban life!
As part of the launch weekend (7th – 8th October), triyoga Shoreditch is offering free classes. Pre-book your session now.
