12:30pm – Lunch at Sea Containers Restaurant – Lunch is included in the price of the all-day ticket.*

2:30pm – Therabody massage and agua Spa Mudpack treatment – Your sore muscles will thank you for this combination of treatments!

3:30pm – Reconnection to Self – Guided Meditation and Breathwork with Emily from The Luna Circle. Lay back and let yourself mentally let go, as Emily guides you through a meditation session surely to leave you floating. (@lunacirclewellness)
