Ever wondered how North London mums manage to stay so calm and maintain a radiant glow while rocking bodies of twenty-year-olds despite the terrorising toddlers in tow? If you’re thinking of packing your bags and heading for nappy valley anytime soon, be sure to learn their secret and discover this gem of a studio.
Hot Yoga classes (offered with music or without) range from 60 – 90 minutes with a deep, slow set of movements to re-align, strengthen and de-stress the body and mind. Influenced by Bikram, Power Yoga and Ashtanga, classes are open to all levels. We recommend Sunday’s 8.30pm Hot Candlelit Yin class to help you wind down from the weekend or any class with Victoria Grove… the mix of her playlists and voice creates a truly memorable class.
For post-yoga refreshment be sure to swing by Ginger & Mint for a cold pressed juice or The Haberdashery for leisurely brunch fare (eggs, salmon, avocado – that sort of thing…). There’s no need to sit sweaty in your kit either! Yoga Centric have 6 showers for women and 3 for men.
