Mr Black Cocktails
ESPRESSO MARTINI
The Vodka Red Bull for the sophisticated.
30ml Mr Black
30ml Vodka (or dark rum or tequila)
30ml Espresso
10ml Simple Syrup
Add ingredients and shake it like you stole it. I mean it. Shake it hard. Very hard. Don’t be a monster, double strain it. If you’ve got to make more than one in an evening, pre-batch your sugar and espresso.
SPICED ICED COFFEE
Coffee or booze? Only your barista knows for sure.
45ml Mr Black
15ml Spiced Rum
10ml Agave Syrup / Simple Syrup
60ml Milk
COFFEE NEGRONI
Big, bad, bitter Italian aperitif made good with cold press Australian coffee liqueur.
20ml Mr Black
20ml Gin
15ml Campari
10ml Sweet Vermouth
Stir with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a twist.
EL JEFE
Ever felt like an espresso martini on a hot day? Neither have we. Take the edge off with cold coffee and good tequila.
1 part Mr Black
1 part Tequila
1 & 1/2 part Cold Brew Coffee
1/3 part Agrave Syrup
1/3 part Lemon Juice
Fill lowball glass with ice. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously & strain into glass. Top with a citrus twist.
FLAT WHITE RUSSIAN
Hot cocktails can be a bit hit-or-miss. This one knocks it out of the ballpark.
1 part Mr Black
1 part Vodka
Espresso
Steamed Milk
Pull espresso shot. Add Mr Black, Vodka, steamed milk. Garnish with a take-away lid.
